Scoring matrices
Scores are 1–10 (1 = lowest, 10 = highest); the number colours Red / Amber / Green. Use the Active / N/A toggle in each vendor's column header: mark a vendor N/A to keep the column but skip filling its scores, or Active to score every row. Changes save automatically.
